A life of clutter for a life of ....

The bowing bar of my cupboard under the weight of a third of my clothes (the fur is fake.. VERY)

Phew, I've started getting rid of most of my possessions and boy is it taking a long time. I cant believe I've accumulated so much in the past couple of years.
I really am quite sentimental and that generally makes it hard for me to let go of objects, but I've limited myself to storing a small camphor-wood chest full of my favorite and most cherished items here in Australia, mostly photos and special little things my family and partner has given me. I know that if i want to travel I can't be tied down with material possessions.

When I think of a new life, a new beginning and the great adventure of being overseas is going to be like I realise that I'll still have things i can cherish, buy they will be memories and experiences.

I'm so happy I've decided to do this, and one day when I'll be able to look back and say "Wow, what an adventure!"
